"We enjoyed the cabin. Although it was next to several homes it was very private and peaceful. Cabin had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Just a short 5-6 minute walk to the beach or riding the free shuttle. Easy walk to the downtown. The outdoor shower was great after being at the beach so we didn't drag sand into the home. We spent evenings relaxing on the porch swing. "

"The property feels brand new. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate. It’s in a great location - just steps to the beach, a short bike ride from Watercolor and Seaside (we ran out of time to explore the other direction), and close to lively entertainment and fun restaurants. It was our first time staying in Grayton Beach, and we fell in love with it. In this home, we especially appreciated all of the seating on the back patio for sipping coffee every morning, the beach amenities (3 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler, towels, boogie board, football, and wagon) and the bathroom amenities (make-up washcloths, hairdryer, handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion). We also had what we needed in the kitchen, and it was nice having a shower/hose at the property to wash off sand. It rained several days during our stay, and we were glad to find umbrellas in a cabinet to use. They seem to have thought of everything. Communication with Stay on 30A was easy and helpful, and the welcome packet received after booking was full of great info. My husband, young adult sons, and I had a wonderful 30A Getaway and hope to return soon! :)"
