"Staff and room and property excellent"

"The room wasn't clean dirty laundry,bed sheets, towel cloths insects flying me and my fiance stepped in and wasn't in there 10mins in the room when we decided to go back to check in and the staff members were real rude when being polite about the room inconveniences and asked about returning refund policy one crew check-in member replied on a policy of in the room more then 20-30mins that was no proof of that i could only get back half of what I paid for 1 nights pay instead of 2 and I've have fraud activity on my card I paid for the reservations for the rooms ever since I have recites for I've reported to my bank and pending dispute on going investigations to retrieve my fundings that are missing"

"This was our first time staying at a lake house cabin in Lake Livingston and we definitely picked the best place for our family. The view of the lake was amazing, and our kids enjoyed the beach, swimming and riding the paddle boat. Great fishing, relaxing on the deck and by the fire pit. The house itself was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again for our next getaway!"

"The staff was very nice The motel was clean it appears to be remodeling The bed is on a metal base and every time you get up or sit down on it it makes a horrible sound like somebody kicking a metal building. The bathroom was clean but the towels and washcloths were very dingy and worn out I was glad I had a makeup remover because I didn't want to use a nasty looking cloth on my face. At 9 a.m roomservice was knocking on our door wanting to know how soon we would be leaving The breakfast they served was nice several choices with juice, fruit, eggs, sausages, pancakes, biscuits and cereal"
