「I used to believe hostel are shaped by fellow travelers. I was wrong. Here, it’s the admin — specifically Lady-Ludmila — that ruins it. During my 1st stay, I poured coffee from a thermos that was next to the kettle in the shared kitchen, assuming it was communal. The next morning, I was falsely accused of theft. Ludmila escalated the situation, rallying long-term guests (mostly Ukrainians) into a mob, hurling insults and racial slurs. I had to call the police to stop the aggression. I stand 6...
