“The housecleaning was completely lacking. Below are some of the things that I observed: House cleaning: (Just to name some of the things, there are more, it is clear that this house has not had a deep cleaning in a LONG time) - Gross brown spots on tile next to toilet (which looked suspiciously like blood; and I cleaned myself) - Towels don’t match, some are old and have gray tinge to them; they are not uniformly folded or placed on the shelf in any order - Shower curtain smells sour, there is……

“We were in town for a robotics tournament, and this home was a great place to stay. There were 6 of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. It was a 15 minute drive to the venue (Alerus Center) and restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was spacious, clean, and has everything you need to make a meal if you’d like. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were stocked with really nice thick towels. No complaints whatsoever. “A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! The ceiling is very low! Tried……
