“The home is absolutely charming! Mary and Donald were so sweet and helpful, we felt very warmly welcomed. The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was large and comfortable! Breakfast was filling and fresh, it’s clear lots of love and care go into it. The only issue we ran into was frequency of buses and trains, but if you’re willing to walk for 20 minutes to the train station you can get into Edinburgh within an hour. ”

“Receptionist was fantastic when we were checking in. Hotel was in a good location for everything that needed done, shopping trip and a quick visit to Edinburgh. For a small friendly hotel the restaurant was decent value, the bar wasn't expensive and breakfast was good.”
