Great location, three couples could share as there are lots of private areas to sit by yourself. Access to the roof area would be good for nighttime.

Great villa I would go back to

Great location and size of villa with all the necessary facilities. The only element if any that I think could be improved is if there was a fan in the main living room as there is no air conditioning there and it can get quite warm in the summer.

Lovely spacious villa in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Beautiful garden and immaculate pool area. The friendly owner stopped by several times to maintain the pool, and immediately resolved a small issue with the kitchen. It’s a 15 minute (flat) walk to the lovely beach, restaurants etc. We would love to stay in this villa again.

Great villa with pool in a great location. Easy walk into centre. The pool was a great addition. Would be fab in the Summer. Lots of places to sit in sun or shade as it has a wrap around garden. Very helpful at Easy Villas and a lovely owner. Thank you

Everything was perfect for us and we had a great holiday. The street number of the property is given as 70 but in reality it is 12. This caused us problems when we arrived as we were not sure where the villa was!

Lovely villa, spotlessly clear. Great location - very easy to walk into town and beaches. Only issue was no clean/fresh towels during the stay as advised would be. TV also did not work but wasn't planning to watch anything so no major issue.

Good for cycling holiday

Great location, nice private pool. We travelled for a cycling trip so lots of space for bikes. Quiet road, but wouldn’t rush back. Rooms got very cold in the evening and night (it was end of April, not that cold outside). Heating supposedly turned on automatically but it didn’t feel like it. Single beds in all rooms except for one, and headboards not fixed to beds to you keep shuffling around.We arrived to find a 90page ‘induction’ document which was.. an overkill to say the least - felt very commercial and unnecessary. Interior is quite dated and property didn’t really feel like a place we wanted to spend too much time inside. Worked for our cycling trip as we spent most time outside.

It was a single story with several points of access. The pool was a good size, clean and warm. The beds are comfortable. There could have been more instructions on how to use e.g., the hob, oven and washing machine.The rooms smelt a wee bit damp and musty. They could have been aired before our arrival.

Super Haus

Das Haus bietet genügend Platz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Leider sind grundlegende Sachen wie Salz Zucker Mehl usw nicht vorhanden. Der Billardtisch gefiel besonders den Kindern. Leider funktioniert die Heizung nur für 2 mal 1 Stunde am Tag. Im April was es im Haus ziemlich frisch. Für diese Zeit wären auch dickere Bettdecken schön gewesen.

Our family of four enjoyed staying in this traditionally furnished villa - well equipped with plenty of outside seating and a beautiful garden. A 10 minute walk to Pollenca waterfront. The team at Easyvillas were incredibly helpful and responded quickly to all of our requests. Nothing!

Very nice villa with pool

Spacious villa, very clean with a really nice and clean pool. 800m walking to the beach in quiet 'villa' neighbourhood. Port the Pollenca is a very nice village, not too touristic. We had a great holiday in this very nice house! Very much recommend. It would have been easier if the house had some basic groceries such as garbagebin sacks, dishwasher soap, dishwasher brush, salt/pepper, BBQ coals. Now we left a lot behind but had to buy all these things ourselves. One airconditioning unit of three did not work however we told the owner that was no problem for us, it was repaired immediately after our stay. Times of the airconditioning does not correspond to the ones mentioned in the booking (for example started at 10pm, a bit earlier would have been nice for the children) information said 8pm-8am.

merveilleuse semaine dans cette location

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique villa .Tout était très propre, situation dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Il y a de très belles plages aux alentours surtout celle d' Alcudia, restaurants aux alentours et commerces. très bonne literie tout est prévu pour que l'on se sente bien. Je recommande vivement cette location. Isabelle et Luc Cela serait bien de laisser dans la villa quelques produits de première nécessité tels que sel poivre, produit vaisselle et autres.
