Amazing Villa Pheonix

We had an amazing time here. The property is vast and has everything you could need. Only comment would be that some of the soft furnishings could have been cleaner (seat covers and bed surrounds stained).The outside area, decking, gardens and barbecue area were all great.Location is a 5/10 min walk although the path from the villa to the main road is very rocky and not good for evening footwear.We have already booked our next stay!

First class villa with great ameneties. We were however dissapointed with the quality of bed linen for a villa of this standard. There could also have been more bathroom and beach towels.

Schön mit kleinen Makeln

Die Villa liegt perfekt. Alle Bilder des Anbieters sind identisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgt per whats up. Sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter. Eine Die Anleitung für die Technik ( Klima, Sonnenschutz, Fernseher, Kaffeeautomat…)ist leider nicht vorhanden. Durch ausprobieren findet man sich zurecht. Die Villa war bei Übergabe schlecht geputzt. Die Verwaltung hat super reagiert und wir erhielten in der Wochenmitte unseres Aufenthalts den Austausch der Badetücher. Wir hätten uns über den Daybeds einen Sonnenschutz gewünscht. Dieser fehlte leider. Überrascht waren wir von den bereitgestellten Dingen für einen Lunch .

Perfect Setting

A beautiful bright and airy house with a 360 % view of bay in front and mountains behind. A short walk to the port and a fabulous hike behind the house in a breathtaking landscape. JS Rentals were easy to deal with, prompt in their responses and very welcoming on arrival. I would definitely recommend the agency and the house.
