Much needed holiday in Mallorca

Love the outside facilities The kitchen could do with a few improvements. Plates and glasses scarce and old. Not even a brush in the house to clean patio. In general the interior needs a bit of TLC, it all looks old.

Nemt at gå til fods ad hyggelige små veje fra det dejlige feriehus i rolige omgivelser til hyggelige Pollenca, dejlig strand og lækre restauranter.Er man interesseret i at cykle i bjergene, er beliggenheden perfekt.Lidt svært at parkere større bil i den snævre indkørsel.Madrassen i dobbeltsengen kunne godt trænge til at blive skiftet ud med en ny. Desuden var det irriterende at liggestolene smittede af på ens hud.

Fantastic outdoor area, good size pool, big shaded seating area, beautiful gardens and views of the mountain and not overlooked. Short flat 15-20 minute walk to town/,beach. Interior rustic Spanish charm, some facilities dated but that did not impact the stay. Good size built in bbq and separate utility room.Ample parking Unable to access the outdoor shower room.Frame of sunbeds left black marks on skin and towels, worse after applying sun cream.Several mosquitoes, probably due to surrounding gardens but managed with repellents and keeping all windows and doors shut.

Die Außenanlage der Unterkunft ist wunderschön! Es ist ein super schöner Pool mit schöner Beleuchtung vorhanden, eine schöne Terrasse, ein toller Garten und auch ein Grill. Drinnen war leider der Geruch etwas komisch, den wir auch nicht rausbekommen haben. Schade war auch, dass keinerlei Gewürze, Klopapier, Öl usw. vorhanden waren. Es wurde wohl von den Gästen vor uns alles entfernt (das ist allerdings nicht unüblich auf Mallorca). Es wurde einmal in dem 7 Tagen geputzt, das war super. Wir waren nur ein wenig überrascht, weil wir das nicht angemeldet hatten, obwohl es hieß, dass man das tun müsste und so waren wir überrascht, dass jemand im Apartment war, während wir nicht da waren und nicht wussten, dass jemand kommt. Ist aber natürlich ein netter Service! Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich absolut empfehlen kann. Zum Schluss haben wir auch noch die Besitzer kennengelernt, die auch sehr herzlich waren!

Location bien localisé à 5minutes à pied de la plage. Location avec piscine et grand jardin. Location très spacieuse mais humide en automne.

Fantastic villa, beautiful garden and views to the mountains. The owners were really friendly and helpful. The villa is in a very peaceful location but is really near to the town and beach. We highly recommend Villa Faisan and hope to stay there again in the future.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Villa Ave

Die Finca ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Außenanlagen mit Garten, Pool, Grillbereich und überdachter Terrasse sind traumhaft. Der Owner Tolo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Lovely Villa in a quiet neighbourhood and only a short walk to the beach / town centre

The pool and outdoor space are fantastic, we spent 90% of our time outside. The fruit trees and birds in the garden as well as the quiet setting made for an idilic break. Everything inside felt brand new & extremely clean. Plenty of space for us to store our bikes as well. Will definitely be coming back! :) Nothing!

Inrichting van de villa is wat gedateerd, maar de buitenkant en de ligging is perfect.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, die regelmatig even langskomt om te kijken of alles naar wens is. Bij klachten staat hij vrijwel direct klaar on te helpen, ongeacht het tijdstip. De woning is wat gedateerd, vooral de inrichting. Maar in Mallorca leef je buiten en dat is perfect. Mooi terras en heerlijk zwembad. Rustige ligging, wel wat lastig te bereiken door de smalle toevoerwegen en een lastig te nemen bocht naar de oprit. Maar overall een prima verblijf gehad.
