Villa Ponent is a charming five-bedroom, four-bathroom villa, located between Pollença and Puerto de Pollença, just 2 km from S'Albufereta beach. Its rural surroundings offer total privacy with easy access to the beautiful beaches in the area. Surrounded by spacious gardens with lawn and flowers, it features a large private pool and a jacuzzi, making it an ideal refuge in the tranquil Mallorcan countryside.



Distributed over two floors, the villa has five air-conditioned bedrooms, ensuring comfort throughout the stay. Upon entering, a private path leads to a spacious car park. The main door opens to an elegant hallway connecting to a reading room and the main living room, equipped with satellite TV and comfortable sofas. Access is also provided to a modern kitchen/dining room with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and an American-style fridge. From the dining room, patio doors open directly to the gardens and pool, integrating the interior with the exterior.



On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms sharing a full bathroom, and a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, whirlpool bath, and access to a spacious terrace with countryside views. Also on this level is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The entire villa has been carefully renovated and decorated in pastel tones, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.



Outside, the well-maintained gardens stand out, with lawn areas next to the pool and a covered pergola with comfortable furniture for relaxing after a swim. There is also a jacuzzi (cold water) next to the pool, a terrace with a ping-pong table, and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dinners while enjoying the landscape.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
