The Space:

Apartment Franco is an inviting and spacious retreat that features three well-appointed bedrooms, making it perfect for families or groups. The accommodation includes a main bedroom with a plush double bed, providing a serene space for rest. The second bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds, ideal for friends or children. The third bedroom, designed with bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for guests.



The heart of the apartment is its bright and airy open-plan living area, which seamlessly connects to the kitchen via a stylish breakfast bar. This design encourages social interaction while cooking and dining. The lounge area is thoughtfully equipped with a modern television, ample seating with a cosy sofa, and an air conditioning unit to keep cool during warm days.



Situated on the third floor of a well-maintained building, Apartment Franco features a generous terrace that offers breathtaking views of the sea, characteristic of the renowned Pine Walk area. This expansive outdoor space is perfect for al fresco dining, equipped with dining furniture, and relaxing on comfortable sun loungers while basking in the warm Mediterranean sun. Eco-tax is not included in the price, and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).
