This typical Mallorcan finca is located in the lovely Son March valley, near Pollença, in northwestern Mallorca. The magnificent view stretches across the surrounding landscape of meadows and fields to the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains.

On the ground floor is the living-dining room with satellite TV and cosy, tasteful furnishings, featuring a large door leading to the covered terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities: dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc., as well as a bathroom and an utility room with a washing machine.
The ground floor features the bedrooms: two double bedrooms with double beds (one with an en-suite bathroom), one double bedroom with two single beds, one single bedroom, and another bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning on a timer, in accordance with regional energy-saving regulations (8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.).
Outside, there is a large, covered terrace with attractive garden furniture.
The large pool, featuring stone steps and a ladder, is bordered by natural stone and has ample sun decks with lounge chairs and umbrellas.
A brick barbecue and another table with benches complement the lovely outdoor area; there is also a lawn for children to play on.
