Return to this hotel every year for a weekend away with friends. Hotel is always spotlessly clean, manicured grounds, wonderful ambience. Rooms are well appointed, beds are comfortable, water pressure in the shower is great, sea view rooms are worth the extra. Breakfast has a great range of options, and this year I am recently diagnosed as coeliac and staff were very accommodating.

Not my first time at the hotel. I like the location and the decor. The reception team are very kind and helpful. The place is clean and well maintained. I would not recommend their single rooms though, they are really tiny and dark. Food has somehow got worse this year, both in quality and availability. It needs to be revamped in my opinion.

Lovely hotel, and nice amenities Lucia is an absolute super star and was so helpful when my father got sick, and was so caring. I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that! Car park is helpful and the bike room was secure for my boyfriend Ironman

Lovely hotel and gorgeous room. Being advertised as a spa hotel I’d expect robes and slippers especially as we had a suite. Also as it was a last minute booking we didn’t take toothbrushes or tooth paste - the hotel didn’t provide these even behind the desk. The basics had been forgotten but a beautiful hotel that could do better for the prices they charge.

We had a great stay. The two ladies at reception were friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel's architecture is beautiful. The breakfast is plentiful and a wide variety of food is available. The beach is across the road. We stayed in the new anexe of the hotel with sea view. The bed was comfy and we slept well. The nearest bus stop is around 12ish minutes from the hotel. A good selection of restaurants is within 10 to 20mn walking distance. We would happily recommend Hoposa Uyal.

The hotel is centrally located, rooms are beautiful, staff very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Porto Pollensa in Mallorca Spain.

Excellent hotel, opposite the beach with great facilities on site. Staff were excellent, really helpful, very clean, breakfast was great with loads of choice. Not too far from main town square. This was my second visit and I would happily recommend and will visit again.

Wonderful clean hotel! Staff were wonderful. Location was within walking distance to dining, shopping and the pine walk. There is no coffee maker in the room but the instant coffee was pretty good. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

+ Beautiful location and exterior. Clean. Helpful staff. Very nice gym. - Room was a lot smaller than expected. We got to stay at the new building and it was ugly in the common areas, like the entrance, it didnt match the beautiful other building. Also very loud, woke up from hearing neighbors. Breakfast was very basic. Overall it lacks the quality we expected considering the price. We have stayed at much cheaper hotels that felt much more luxurious and of higher quality.
