Very nice and comfortable place to stay with family, close to town and beach

Spacious, light, comfortable apartment close to town, groceries and a short walk to the beach. Very quiet in spite of the busy street. Well equipped rooms and kitchen, nice bathrooms, big balcony with drying rack for clothes. Good air condition, although on a timer garbage bags should be provided for the kitchen. User manual for the washing machine and general welcome info with overview and practical tips like recycling instructions would be helpful.
