NATALIA is a beautiful villa for 6 people located in Pollensa, in a setting surrounded by nature, among the mountains, and 4 km from the bay.

In the interior, you will find a fully equipped independent kitchen, a spacious living-dining room with a large sofa and television, ideal for comfortably settling in.

The house has two bathrooms in total, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The house with its 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people.

There are two that are equipped with two single beds each and the main one with a double bed.

All rooms have air conditioning (heat/cold pump).



Outside you will find a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, outdoor furniture (tables and chairs to enjoy a wonderful outdoor meal) and a barbecue area. (It does not have a ping pong table)



The property has parking space available for 3 vehicles and free WiFi!

Nice villa in a gorgeous location

The villa is well located in a calm area, far from any busy road but still very close to shops and beaches. The exterior is gorgeous with a beautiful garden, with palm trees, pool and multiple terrasses, the barbecue area is convenient too, ... But we had an overall good experience. I recommend this villa without a doubt. With a little bit of investment in the house, that would be 5 stars. The inside however could need some renovation and decoration work. The appliances (fridge, coffee machine, glass-ceramic cooktop) and the bedding are average quality, the master bed is 140cm wide which is the minimum, the other beds tend to squeak a lot. Thus, we can't say we have slept very well during our stay.

Finca wurde uns am Anreisetag abgesagt

Die Finca Natalia wurde uns von der Agentur "Mallorca Villa Selection" am Anreisetag um 11:10 per Email abgesagt. Es wurde uns eine andere Villa in der Email vorgeschlagen, die inakzeptabel war. Vor Ort in der Agentur wurde uns eine weitere alternative Finca vorgeschlagen für 12 Personen, die ebenfalls nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Nach gut einer Stunde in der Agentur waren wir so verzweifelt und fühlten uns unter Druck gesetzt, dass wir eine kleine Finca akzeptierten. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass das Bett zu klein und zu weich war und zum Zudecken uns nur ein Bettlaken und zwei schwere, dunkle Decken zur Verfügung standen. Am nächsten Tag reklamierten wir dies, aber uns wurde nicht weiter geholfen.Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und raten von einer Buchung über die Agentur "Mallorca Villa Selection" eindringlich ab.
