A delightful one-story property with stunning mountain views is called Villa Can Tofol. It is the perfect place to spend with family or friends and is only 7 minutes' drive from Puerto Pollensa and 3 minutes' drive from Pollensa town. From the barrier at the entry, a lovely stone path goes to the pool, where there is enough to park the car outside.
The interior of the house is dominated by its white color and luminosity, being a mix between rustic and modern. The living room and dining room come together in an open space, spacious and with beautiful views of the garden. There is satellite TV and WiFi throughout the house. To the right of the dining room is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with white furniture, with a table and chairs to enjoy a delicious breakfast.
There are three bedrooms in the house. One with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and two other bedrooms with twin beds. Between these two bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms are white with tiled floors and wooden furniture.
All bedrooms and the living/dining room include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
The exterior has a beautiful swimming pool with solarium and hammocks for sunbathing. The barbecue is located in a covered area, where there is also a small refrigerator and furniture with crockery to have everything at your fingertips. There is a table with chairs to enjoy the culinary delights outside next to the barbecue.
