Villa Ignacio by Villa Plus

Located at the base of the local mountain range, Villa Ignacio has splendid views from the privacy of the pool area. This traditional 3 bedroom house is only a short walk or drive from the beach and facilities of Puerto Pollensa, whilst Pollensa Old Town is also easily reached by car. A huge choice of restaurants and shops can be found in both resorts. Air conditioning/heating in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms, as well as WiFi, are included.

Located in the area of Siller, Puerto Pollensa (Puerto Pollenca), Villa Ignacio is only a mile away from the seafront and facilities of the resort. The shops, cafes and restaurants overlooking the beach and marina are easily reachable on foot or by car. Pollensa (Pollenca) Old Town is also within a short drive and is certainly worth a visit. For anyone who does want to see more of the island, the neighbouring resort of Alcudia has a beautiful old town, trendy marina and a waterpark! Villa Lorenzo is next door.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
