Despite its tranquil location, Pollensa Old Town is just a 10 minute drive away, where you’ll find charming cobbled streets, a lively market square and a great choice of restaurants and shops. The beach, marina and amenities of Puerto Pollensa can also be reached within around 10 minutes by car, offering a long sandy beach and a wide selection of waterfront dining options. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and kitchen are included.

Villa Monserrat enjoys an excellent location between Pollensa Old Town and the seafront at Puerto Pollensa. It’s only a 10 minute drive to the beach, around 10 minutes to the shops and restaurants, and around 10 minutes to reach Pollensa Old Town by car. Set in the Cap de Bou area, the villa boasts impressive views over the surrounding countryside and distant mountains. This area also offers a variety of attractions, including two nearby golf courses just 15 minutes’ drive away and a waterpark around 15 minutes’ drive for children to enjoy. Villas Marieta and Pallicer are located along the same lane.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
