Perfekte, ruhige Lage für Erholungsferien. Anlage ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was es braucht. Schöner Aussenbereich mit dem Pool. Einziger Wermutstropfen war dass das Eingangstor zur Anlage manuell geöffnet werden muss. Ist nicht ein Problem an und für sich, sondern mehr ein Sicherheitsproblem, da der Zugang relativ weit weg von der Strasse ist ist das der Punkt wenn man aus ausm Auto aussteigen muss wenn jemand etwas ",Böses", im Sinn hat. So wie es aussieht war mal eine elektronische Öffnung vorhanden, diese funktioniert aber nicht mehr.

Schöne Finca, aber...

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit der Lage und der Ausstattung der Finca. Wir konnten die Tage genießen. Allerdings muss ich zwei negative Dinge anführen: 1. Im Wohnzimmer und im Flur hingen zwei Kameras. Es ist ungeheuerlich, dass die Privatsphäre der Gäste dermaßen missachtet wird. Das ist ein Verstoß gegen geltende Gesetze, gegen den Fewo-Direkt vorgehen muss! 2. Wir mussten die Finca am Abreisetag bis 10 Uhr verlassen. Bereits um kurz nach 8 Uhr kam ein Mann vorbei, der die Blumen goss und mit einem Laubbläser die Terrasse säuberte! Wir konnten nicht mehr draußen frühstücken und fühlten uns belästitgt. Von daher werden wir diese Finca nicht wieder buchen!

Eine schöne Finca in toller Lage

Die Finca ist sehr schön und vorallem zentral gelegen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man ein tollen Blick auf den Berg.Der Pool hat eine ausreichende Größe. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Eine von 4 Liegen war kaputt(wir waren zu viert).Die Auflagen der Liegen sind sehr schmutzig. Die Gläser könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, weil diese schon ausgeblichen, matt und abgestumpft sind. Der Kescher für den Pool ist komplett kaputt. Man sollte vorher irgendwo erwähnen, dass sich Kamaras im Haus befinden. Diese sind an den Stellen nicht zulässig und man könnte Sie deswegen verklagen. Leider kam in den 10 Tagen keine Reinigung, obwohl ich vorher rechtzeitig eine Mail geschrieben habe.

Das Grundstück vom Haus ist wunderschön und weitläufig. Auch im Haus findet sich alles was man braucht.Der Service von Sealand Villas war immer super zu erreichen und hat unkompliziert weitergeholfen. Wir hatten zunächst Schwierigkeiten das Haus zu finden, aber auch hier hat die Mitarbeiterin uns total freundlich und geduldig bis zum Haus am Telefon begleitet! Danke!

Beautiful place to stay, very clean and perfect for kids with big pool and outdoor area! 4.5 stars out of 5 - reason for the .5 drop in score: We were disappointed by the cameras overlooking the living area and back hall into bedrooms/ bathroom. Just something to be mindful of before booking. Felt as though we were being watched and even though the accommodation itself is private, could argue that inside the building is anything but. Other than that highly recommend.

A spacious and well equipped villa with a very large garden and nice pool. A car is very useful as it’s at least two kilometres to walk to Pollença. Kitchen is open plan and easy to use, the bedrooms are plenty big enough and the sheltered outside seating is shady and pleasant.

We have absolutely loved our stay at El Pontarro and couldn’t have asked for any more from the listing. The facilities are as listed, the pool area very private and in the open sunshine along with all local shops being within a 5 minute drive from the villa. We also had the added bonus of a local cat (not permitted inside the villa) who would spend its days sunbathing with us in the sun making it feel even more homely.One small improvement for us would be the second room containing a second double bed and not two small singles so that we could invite friends along next time! This will be our desired villa of choice upon return!R&B

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Es ist alles da was man so braucht und falls doch etwas fehlt ist Pollenca mit diversen Einkausmöglichkeiten nicht weit weg. Leider hatten wir eine Mückenplage was durch den wirklich schönen Garten noch verschlimmert wurde was aber in deisem Sommer ein allgemeines Problem auf Mallorca gewesen zu sein scheint. Das Haus und der Pool sind sauber und im Garten gibt es Weintrauben, Limetten und Olivenbäume. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice little house in a beautiful natural setting

The garden, the barbecue and outdoor seating and the swimming pool always clean and at a good temperature It would be better to leave basic stuff such as gel /shampoo toilet paper salt pepper oil in larger quantity. The welcome pack is a jock. We would have prefer to have more contact with property manager to make sure everything was ok during our stay. There is a rock just outside the gate in the curb that we hadn’t noticed and we damaged the car on the first day when we took the curb. It will be good signaling it

5 días en una villa bonita y cómoda a mediados de septiembre. Situado a las afueras de Pollensa entorno tranquilo con cocina muy bien equipada, ubicación perfecta para moverse en coche. El tema de los mosquitos.. nos abrasaron.. dentro de la casa se pudo controlar con antimosquitos eléctricos.. pero en el exterior era incontrolable.. hay una pequeña charca detrás de la barbacoa que yo creo que era de donde salían... Apareció el chico de la piscina a controlar los niveles y nos pilló de sorpresa mientras desayunábamos.. fue muy discreto y educado pero nos sorprendió que no nos avisarán.
