“Clean rooms, great staff, wonderful air conditioning, clean laundry room with multiple washer and dryer you don't have to wait. Kids love the pool as well. Only complaint is only one person or staff can ruin it for everyone else by rushing you while you check out and not seem to show interest or have time for your questions. Other than that everyone was awesome and everything was excellent. One more thing, even though one member of the family, 2 yr old dog, was not able to make it on this trip……

"I booked this room specifically for the sea view, but it was barely visible through a tiny window that doesn’t even open. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers were dusty and there's visible stains. When I called the front desk to request a change, the staff member was incredibly dismissive. They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we eventually got clean linens, the unprofessional attitude and lack of basic hygiene standards made for a very unpleasant stay. Would not recommend. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness."
