“The inside of the property was great but the outside was not in good shape. The back patio was covered with mildew, moss, and dirt. The thresholds were rotted and the door and window frames were dirty, rotting, and had mildew all over them. The grill had old ashes in the bottom and hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Lastly the front steps were nice but did not have a railing on them.”

However when i messaged the owner she was very prompt about messaging me back and sje worked it out for us. She was not aware the reservations did not specify no boats. “Kerry and Randy were spectacular hosts! We loved the space, everything was extremely clean and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Sadly it rained our whole trip, so we didn’t get to experience lake Murray, but we’ll be back while we search for our next home. Everything you could need was a 5-10 minute drive which was perfect.
