Propery was nice. Always having to heat the hot tub was nagging. The pool was nice. The AC in house never cooled down until around 3am. They did responde quickly with individual room AC. Very nice neighborhood easy walk to beach. Great food local

This is our second time staying here and it was just as great as we remembered!!! We had a great time and really enjoyed the pool. Very clean and well stocked for linens and for kitchen needs!!

Perfect house!!

Very clean and nicely decorated! Everything was new! Kitchen was well equipped and the pool/hot tub were amazing!! The neighborhood was very nice as all homes were maintained and landscaped. Perfect get away!

The house was fantastic. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for two families. We spent most of the time in the wonderful pool. The spa was a great bonus! We come to this location at least once a year and have finally after 4 yrs found a house we want to rent everytime we visit. Thank you for the great memories!

The house was perfect for our sisters weekend. Enjoyed the pool. The a/c quit working and made a call at 4:30pm on a Friday. Someone was there at 5:10pm to fix the a/c. I was impressed. Highly recommend this vacation home.

Home was comfortable for our family size, kitchen was well stocked with supplies pool was wonderful. Only a few items were broken in home and kitchen chairs were peeling so we were not able to utilize dinning table. But response from company from our call was very prompt.

The pool sold me on this property—it was fantastic! We had some issues with the AC. It was perfect on the side with the main bedroom but extremely hot on the other side of the house. The glass doors on the Florida room were in full sun all day, heating up the house. We had to shuttle everyone to and from the beach. It was a 10-12 minute walk and was just too hot to walk hauling beach errands. Overall I really enjoyed it. It would have been helpful to have had a book of instructions listing when the lawn people and the pool main guy were coming so we could have prepared better (clean all the toys and stuff out of the pool before he came)

The house was nicely appointed, there was plenty of room to spread out with children. Beautifully updated, very clean, modern appliances. The pool and hot tub and back yard are gorgeous! Our complaints are minimal. The beds need to be replaced. There are concave spots in the mattresses where people have sleeped. We wished the hot tub would have been hot when we arrived, that would have been a nice touch. There were no instructions on the hot tub or pool. We also wished the pool would have been heated. Too cold to swim in. We would have liked to cover hot tub at night to keep it hot. The house is close to allot of nice places to eat, and close to family beaches. Beautiful neighborhood. We would come back!

Ponce Inlet property

We were completely disappointed in the fact that the hot tub and pool were not heated as they should’ve been (We paid extra for the pool to be heated...yes we got that amount refunded because it was not heated... but overall we only got a very minimal discount per day for the hot tub not being heated nor working as well); we were told repeatedly that the hot tub was available to use... I reconfirmed multiple times before I booked the property. I honestly feel that the owners and property managers hold the responsibility to ensure that they provide what they advertise; to ensure that all things were working before we even entered the home; we have an adult daughter with some disabilities that really needed at least the hot tub ... that’s why we chose this property (again we were under the impression that the pool would be heated as well but it was not either). We were three days in to our six night stay before to get a verbal offer as to what our options were... as to what they would offer us to either leave or to take a credit and stay; to be honest it was the day before Christmas Eve, and with our daughter’s disabilities it was more work time wise and emotionally to consider moving at that point!! In addition there were some items in the home that we’re not up to our expectations (we do have pictures If the property managers want more details).

The pool was a big hit and the shallow end of the pool was perfect for our 2 year old grand-daughter. Modern and updated house with plenty of room for everyone. 2 minute drive to beach access, small parking lot at beach access to no drive section of the beach. Kids enjoyed the Marine Science Center a short drive away. Would love to rent this house again in the future.

There is nothing these people won't do for you and they are the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with or speaking with ! The house ! Omg the house ! Imaculate ! So clean and comfortable , everything you could possibly need or want with only one small request ..more umbrellas out back by the pool , something to escape the sun while still being able to sit outside would have just been the extra icing on the already massive cake ! My best friend of 43 years got married to her high school sweetheart just down the road on the beach , there were 8 of us girls that flew in from Ohio and it was the time of our lives ! I will definitely be back and rent from these wonderful people again !!! Thank you so much !
