It’s a great little place to stay at very reasonable price. It also have a fantastic little breakfast too and very good staff. I stay there anytime I come through the area.

Air filters for heat/ac should be cleaned regularly. Room was acceptable, some in cover sheet bedding, shelving over the toilet for more towels and coffee maker in room would be welcome

Eric was super helpful and we found this campground a delight! So close to Monarch and Salida, this was perfect for our snowboarding trip where we also wanted to enjoy town a bit too!

Great condo! Clean, comfortable beds, nice location in downtown Salida. My only complaint is we could never get the Wifi working. If you need a place to work from, this may not be it, but for a nice relaxing stay it is perfect.
