"Hotel is very nice with 6 elevators which is very convenient. Front Desk staff were so unfriendly and not helpful at all. We tried to take the 9:30AM airport shuttle, and a group of people were waiting outside for the bus as well, just to see after 10min of waiting a traveler coming out and telling everyone that bus is not coming as Front Desk told the driver not to go, and he had to fight with front desk and got airport parking waiver from them. Hotel is nice but staff are making it a bad experience."

"Breakfast is as pretty amazing. Love that. The pool was runs down. The floor of pool was broken and my daughter got hurt because she stepped on the ground of pool. Was a bummer for kids. Kept them from swimming. The room wasn’t cleaned daily. And towels weren’t available daily. Had to ask for the towels. And at the pool they never had towels available. One of beds was uncomfortable, felt metal spring. And my hot tub didn’t work for the jets. We paid a good amount for these things not to be so great. The best parts of staying somewhere is for comfort."

"Tru Hilton in Lewisville, TX was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Hilton property. I initially chose not to lv a negative review, but after they falsely charged my cc, I felt it necessary. We requested early check-in/out for our volleyball tournament trip. We were told no charge as Hilton Honors members, only if even more extra time (outside of the ‘free’ extra time) was needed. I contacted the hotel after being charged $25 & told only Gold & Diamond members are not charged, which was never explained at check-in. Upon arrival, our room had no hand towels or washcloths. Front desk said they would deliver, but hours later we were told the hotel had none available. I also noticed stains and hair on the bedding, which raised concerns about cleanliness. We were offered another room. The 2nd room (509) smelled strongly of smoke, and the room phone did not work. I messaged front desk and requested to return to the original room. We were then told to come downstairs. At the front desk, we were given the original room back with “new sheets” delivered for my daughter and I to make the bed. While this was semi resolved, the issues continued. The next morning when we showered, there was no shower mat, no Kleenex, and no ice bucket. I had to go back downstairs again to request basic supplies and was only offered a plastic bucket for ice with 2 bags. Overall, our stay was disorganized, lacked basic hospitality standards. I’ve contacted my bank for them to chargeback the hotel $25"
