Truly fantastic all-around. From the outset and throughout, communication was easy and helpful. The place itself is in a wonderful location, perfectly appointed, and absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed our time immensely, didn't want to leave and our kids haven't stopped asking when we can return. Thank you!

The Smiths Stay in Mosteiros

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and quaint ocean village. If you like hiking in the mountains, swimming in tidal pools, walking along the coast, watching unbelievably beautiful sunsets, enjoying long drives in the countryside and getting a taste of small town Azorian life this is a good place for you. The house is an excellent place to stay. The bedrooms are comfortable, though the beds are A little smaller than what we are used to. The bathroom was nowas adequate for 5 adult if adults and teenagers teenagers. There is also a bathroom in the garage if necessary necessary. The house is decorated beautifully. Someone put a lot of time and effort Into the tile work throughout the house. The kitchen is more than adequate for cooking meals. If you are inclined, the outdoor stone oven is awesome for making pizza. There is plenty of hot water for all our family's needs. The Wi-Fi works great. The pool is fantastic. We have spent many hours ours in the pool enjoying the beautiful view of the the Azorian countryside. If you want to watch television, you can screen cast from your device on to the TV.The off street parking was very helpful.. It is a little tight for a rental minivan, but it but it works. Quite honestly, we felt that the pictures did not do justice for for the location.. We feel like it is much better in person. I would recommend Refugio do Sol to my friends.
