“Such a beautiful location. The property is on a quiet beachfront where you feel you have the beach to yourself. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything our family needed. The host is wonderful and communicated regularly, she even left us a very nice welcome basket of goodies. It is also just a few minutes away from all St. Augustine attractions. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you”

“A well appointed Ponte Vedra Beach rental a stone’s throw from the beach. This condo offered privacy, screened patio, very comfortable bed, and nice bathroom and dressing area with good storage. Condo also had colorful beach decor and plenty of items needed for our time at the beach. The kitchen/laundry appliances were excellent. It was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils and small appliances. All soaps, paper towels and small items needed for kitchen use were plentiful. Instructions for TV……

“Wonderful, clean home on the most beautiful beach! Close to TPC and St. Augustine. Everything you could possibly need in house for a lovely beach vacation. Very quiet with awesome views from main living and upstairs bedrooms. Couldn’t have asked for anything better for our quick family trip.”

“My two sisters and I enjoyed a very relaxing three day weekend in Ponte Vedra Beach visiting family. The house was wonderful. It was very well appointed and immaculately clean. It was a little early in the year for swimming but the pool and patio were lovely. Our hostess left us bottled water and snacks which were greatly appreciated. We would love to stay there again.”

“This property & decor is tired and not worth the price. Smelled old & has obviously been well used. Tidy enough but did not seem clean & fresh. Poor quality linens, towels, beds & pillows. We had trouble with the range while we were there and the oven smoked so much they had to send in a cleaning crew. Upstairs balcony with no railing was a safety concern. Dead plants everywhere out front. This place needs a good clean, refresh & update. Can NOT recommend.”

“The house is small but well appointed. Kitchen was very small with very little counter and cabinet space. The location is amazing!! Only steps from the very private beach. We also enjoyed the fire pit area. We had another couple join us for a few days and the downstairs suite was perfect for them.”
