“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit über Ostern 2023 im typischen Toskanahaus. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr gut. Es war alles da, was man braucht und das Haus ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die sehr nette Vermieterin hat sich um alles gut gekümmert! Lucca ist in direkter Nähe, ein Supermarkt und leckere Pizzerien sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Wetter im April war angenehm und wir konnten auf der Terrasse schön grillen. Alles in allem ein erholsamer und schöner Urlaub und das Ferienhaus sehr zu……

Pratique pour visiter la Toscane en voiture ou en train depuis la gare d'Empolie. “Our family spent a wonderful week in the Tuscan hills. Gianluca’s home is well appointed and very comfortable. The property is on the top of a Tuscan Mountain. The views are amazing! The property has a church dating back to 1005 and a wonderful restaurant run by Furio and his family. There were 8 adults and the home had plenty of room for all of us! We would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to take day trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the surrounding areas! Gianluca was very easy……

“Als je net als wij niet houdt van drukte en veel mensen om je heen is dit een perfect plekje. Je hebt wijd en zijd geen buren. Luca, de eigenaar, appt je netjes als hij iets op het perceel zou moeten doen. Bij ons was dat een keertje het zwembad schoonmaken. Niet meer. Het weggetje omhoog en omlaag is keer op keer een avontuur! Let daar wel op als je dit huisje boekt. Een bekraste spiegel en een afgeschraapte onderkant van mijn auto is het resultaat. Dat was het ons wel waard maar het is zoals……

“Our extended family of 22, including an infant and two toddlers, stayed in this beautiful, well appointed villa in the hills above Lucca during the Christmas holiday. The villa was perfect for multiple couples / families as there were clusters of rooms with a common area located throughout the two story villa which allowed for privacy. “We loved to stay at casa terra. It is a beautiful house with everything that we needed. The fireplace gives it a very cozy touch and warms the house also on rainy days. The house is placed in the mountains and in a cute small village with a lot of cats. In the valley we could find all we needed, supermarket and pharmacy e.g.. Lucca is a beautiful city but also visiting Florence, Siena, Pisa and Levorno was possible from our place. The hosts are wonderful people and asked whether we needed……

Spazi ampi anche dentro casa, proprietari super gentili e disponibili.in estate con l'uso della piscina deve essere ancora meglio! La casa è isolata, i bambini hanno giocato molto anche all'esterno, senza disturbare nessuno. Da lì siamo andati a Lucca, Pisa, zoo di Pistoia (NB i tempi sono lunghi, ci vuole un'oretta di macchina per andare a Lucca e anche di più a Pisa). Unica pecca della casa: abbiamo trovato molte……

“Wir haben uns in der großen Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was man brauchte, der Pool groß genug zum abkühlen und das Haus fantastisch rustikal eingerichtet. Wenn ihr Erholung sucht, seid ihr hier in den Bergen genau richtig aufgehoben.im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Krämerladen und eine fantastische Bar mit selbstgemachten Speisen. Für alles andere gibts Märkte, die 15 min entfernt sind. Ausflüge wie Lucca sind ca 45 min entfernt und ein Besuch wert. Vielen Dank für den tollen……

“We arrived Nov 10th and the check in was wonderfully communicated, we used the Whatsapp messenger and the property owners were super thorough on everything! (Thank you Lisa and Luca)....Once we walked in the door it was literally like the two dimensional pics from the listing burst into three dimensions...Everything was exactly as it was advertised. The home was immaculately clean, the views....oh the views were something of dreams, and everything you needed was there, coffee maker, pots/pans,……

“Wir waren zu viert Meine Frau Tochter Ehemann und ich Nach kurzem anschauen dachte ich nun ja mal abwarten Aber es ging alles gut Fabio ist echt nett und gibt sich sehr Mühe es jedem recht zu machen Ausstattung ist ausreichend Der Weg zum Haus ist mit dem Auto nur sicher machbar wenn es ein Allrad ist Das herunterfahren zum Haus ist wirklich Abenteuerlich Aber wenn man da ist wird man für alle Mühen entschädigt Aussicht und Ruhe Wirklich klasse Alles in allem gebe ich 5 Sterne weil es einfach……

Faszinierende Ausblicke auf die Berglandschaft des Apennin, der erfrischende Pool, eine freundliche Gastgeberin, die Nähe zu Bologna und anderen Kulturstädten machten den Aufenthalt zu einem faszinierendem Erlebnis!”

“We had a wonderful stay. It all starts with a welcoming drink when you get to the hôtel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We even got them to organize a picnique for us in the hotel park. It wasn’t too far from Florence so we could spend the day there. The food was good and we enjoyed every night a few drinks at the bar. The spa was great, we enjoyed a few massages there and had a great time sunbathing at the thermal pool. I would suggest though that the hotel improves its signs in the……
