「Old hotel，the attitude is not so good when we check in but excellent when we checked out. AThe air conditioner did not work well. The temperature higher than 27 degree overall 」

La camera è spaziosa abbastanza per la tipologia di albergo. Una colazione ricca e scelta tra salato e dolce. Ma sopratutto è da menzionare la gentilezza e la cortesia di tutto il personale. They took their time to help me with a small explanation when i inquired about my final billing and cleared up any confusions i had in a timely manner without delay via email . 「We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!」

「酒店位置在佛罗伦萨和比萨的中间点，距离比萨斜塔30分钟的车程，选的带kitchen的公寓酒店，设施特别全还可以自己做饭，锅具餐具冰箱一应俱全。只是房间可能刚刚装修，有一点点味道，但是很新很新。」
