「This apartment is very spacious and beautiful. The location couldn't be better. The apartment is truly historic, we got souvenirs from the Athenaenum that have this row of apartments pictured on it (along with other historic area buildings). We were stressed about the parking situation when we first arrived since the regulations/hours were unclear, but the parking ended up being very convenient and not an issue. The downstairs bedroom is a bit dank and dark, but there is a dehumidifier down...

There is 2 parking spots on the side, but plenty of street parking as well. I had some minor issues when I first arrived with the lock and thermostat, so I emailed the owner and he replied right away with detailed instructions. 「Off street private gated parking downtown that is walking distance to everything we were doing. The home is a cool two story home in a large building with a private entrance and parking. The kitchen is well equipped and the family room is comfortable and well decorated.」

「This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed. Property manager was prompt in assisting.」
