“Wonderful resort! The hotel was clean and the beds were comfy. Check in was easy and fast. There is plenty of free parking and on our way out we noticed they had complimentary coffee and tea. There is a bar on-site but I didn't get the chance to go. I will definitely be back soon.”

“It is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. Absolutely the best accormodation in Birmingham! The staff are nice and the room are clean.”

“I wish the room has air purifier, like Japanese hotels do have them to reduce the room oder. Location is good, near by mall, i75 high way and banks. Room seems old a bit. The bed is too soft. The shower water pressure is low. ”

“Was a nice room, only half the shower worked and the lobby was closed because they are still stuck in pandemic mode. No coffee or breakfast.”

“the smell of pot was so prevalent in the halls. It was a horrible walk to get to our room at the end of the hall even though it was supposed to be non smoking area. The room was nice and it was clean. It was a safe area to stay.”
