「So glad we booked this place rather than a large hotel in the area that we were considering. The room was gorgeous with a big bath tub (we chose one of the big rooms). Check in was easy, staff were v friendly and accommodating despite looking after the restaurant too (special mention to Ashmi who waited on us a couple of times in the restaurant). 「We had a special week in Poole, which included our wedding anniversary. Our accommodation was excellent, very good location which allowed us to walk most of the time to attractions in Poole.」

「We booked the Viewpoint at short notice and it didnt disappoint. Room was clean, tidy and very spacious. Host was very accommodating when we had a lot of traffic preventing us from getting there at the time we stated. Breakfast was wonderful and all in all, a very nice stay. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.」

「The room we had (standard double) was large enough and of good quality with complimentary water. We stayed for 2 days and opted out of daily clean in place of £15 worth of drink vouchers for the bar. Staff were lovely, though there was no one around at all when we arrived at 1pm - so a poor first impression. Food was excellent. Drink prices seemed excessive tbh. Main issue was parking - they claim to have 10 spaces but realistically can get 7 cars in - no room left to open your car door to get...

「You can't beat the location of Sandbanks hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. I would not go into the swimming pool again as I found it very difficult to get in and out via the awful metal steps. As most of the guests were elderly I doubt if any of them would use the pool. The Haven pool is much safer with wide steps.」

「There has bit conflict with hotel when we check in, we through Hotel.com booking 1 room 3 adults 2 nights but the hotel tell us the room is for 2 adults & 1 child under 12, we need tp pay extra 30P fro 1 night. I spend more than1 hours with IDD, email to contact Hotel.com hotline ask for assistant but he reply me to pay extra 60P to hotel, I don't agree & the Hotel.com staff need to seek for Manager advice but finally no reply from Hotel.com. Last we talk to hotel senior staff & finally no need...
