「Lovely hotel , restaurant service was very slow , we waited nearly 30 minutes for our drinks .
It also annoys me how they now try and automatically add service charge to the room charge , I politely challenged this and was told that this has been introduced as the staff all earn a minimum wage .Note to hotel owners, pay your staff a decent wage !」
