“Stayed here years ago for a work conference. Excited to go back. Found the property in terrible condition. All chairs in pool area broken, lots of stains and excessive wear. Hot tube sounded like it was on its last breath. Common areas in poor condition. Water park closed. Did not eat here. Check in was extremely long. No acknowledgement from staff. Great location but the place needs an overhaul.”
