"There had been no water since Monday and we had no idea when we checked in Friday. Once I took a cold shower, we checked out and went elsewhere. But the staff was so kind and so helpful! Maria was absolutely amazing at the front desk. If they get the water fixed, we will stay there in the future."

"The cabin needs a little TLC. Our grandkids loved the game room and slide in the bunk room. The hot tub was a nice addition and maintained a nice temperature. "

"Kristina is a fantastic host! We did not want to leave!! This home was absolutely beautiful, and the mountain views made all of pause in awe over and over again. Be sure to see the sunrises off the east deck - they are breathtaking!! The kids (pre-teen & teen) had so much fun with the whole downstairs (pool, game room, theater). The teens were also not too old to love the train queen size bunk beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very nice too. My kids and I are more introverted, so we got easily overstimulated in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We did love the aquarium (worth the visit!) and go karting (so fun!) My suggestion if family is easily overstimulated in crowds would be to pick just one single activity in town. We loved the house and we cannot wait to go back!! "Great stay! It truly had everything we needed and more the kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you could think of which made cooking really easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras they left for us. Everything was clean and tidy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience and we would definitely recommend staying here!"
