Nestled within a beautiful park setting in the family holiday complex of Porto Letizia, this modern 3- bedroom apartment offers a flexible and strategic base for exploring the Italian-Swiss lakes!

The apartment offers accommodation over three floors for a total of 8 guests. A welcoming open-plan living room with a double sofa bed and a fitted kitchenette with diner features in the common area inside the apartment. The living room further leads out to the large private garden with a terrace for carefree relaxation.

The sleeping accommodation is modern, practical and flexible. There are 3 double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the remaining two with either a double bed or 2 single beds. The convenient accommodation is complemented by 3 bathrooms with either a bath/shower and WC and bidet.

Wi-Fi access and free guest parking are available.

Location
The spacious and Porto Letizia park is ideal for families and features a children’s park, mini-golf, a private beach, and tennis courts and the paths which meander throughout the park are ideal for cyclists, dog walkers and runners.

The Porto Letizia complex also provides guests with a choice of lake-view cafes, restaurants and bars. A hair salon, boutique shops, laundry room and a welcome information desk is also situated in the complex. The popular town of Porlezza is situated along the northern shore of Lake Lugano and offers a wide variety of local amenities including supermarkets, banks, cafes, restaurants, gelaterias and high-street shops. Activities in the local area include horse riding, cycling, trekking, golf, tennis and sailing. The beautiful and very romantic lakeshore of Lake Como is just a 17-minute drive away by car and the cosmopolitan city of Lugano is a 25-minute drive away making this property ideal for guests wanting to enjoy the park’s own fantastic facilities as well as the local attractions!

Wir haben ein Wochenende in Porlezza verbracht. Haben einen runden Geburtstag gefeiert. Die Lage war top. Das Zimmer sauber, auf jedem Stock gab es ein Badezimmer. Die küche war voll ausgestattet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
