My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sea Cliff Resort. From the moment we arrived, the manager, owner, and his son were warm, hospitable, and assisted us with everything we needed. Their kindness really made our stay feel special.Thank you were we all amazing, The ambiance is peaceful, and the scenic ocean views are absolutely stunning! the perfect getaway if you want to relax. The property is beautiful and very well kept, and every corner feels like a photo moment. The breakfast and cocktails were very good, and added perfectly to the overall experience. This place is truly a Portland gem, and my family and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended!

I recently booked several rooms over the past weekend as my family traveled to Jamaica for a funeral. We had a few mishaps on our part, but the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and Terrence went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The food was delicious, and even though the pool was a little low on water, my kids still had a great time. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, this was a wonderful experience during a difficult time, and we truly appreciate the hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed for one night. Arrived at 7pm. Restaurant closes at 8 and stops taking orders by 7pm. The views are amazing and the sound of the Caribbean Sea is ceaseless and primordial. That’s the best thing this hotel has going on for it. It’s rustic which is by design but also is in need of updating ( paint chipping , cracks etc). The beds were comfortable and there is ac in rooms. The breakfast is limited but what we had ( Salish rundown and cooked “food” was good. I did yoga and exercises on the balcony in the morning. Overall I would stay again mostly because of the Caribbean Sea

As a Jamaican national and native from Portland I was truly impressed with the property and my stay for the two nights. This trip was the pre celebration for my wifey birthday. The property is authentic and rustic and very secluded. Terrance helped to check us in and showed us great hospitality while on property. Breakfast is included and was delicious. We also ate dinner one night which was delightful as well. The views from the room overlooking the ocean is priceless. The pictures online don’t do justice to the property.

The views and sounds of the ocean were beyond spectacular! Our room was very spacious and was elegant yet rustic. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that we never had very hot water...it was more lukewarm. It wasnt a big issue as the outside temperature was so hot. The air conditioning was very comfortable and Terrence the manager was kind, friendly and very helpful. He arranged a ride for us to get back to Montego Bay. We very much enjoyed our dinners while overlooking the beautiful sea.

The Resort, nestled right above the cliffs overlooking the sea. The breeze was so nice and relaxing. We drove in the resort and could picture the glory of it, but that was about it. Our room’s location was awesome. We had a triple doors that can open up to the balcony that house a jacuzzi tub. But we couldn’t open all the way as curtains were fixed so they couldn’t be pulled all the way back to get full access. Bomber. Our view of the sea wand coast was awesome. Just breath taking. The room could have been awesome but it as well as the property is old and in need of some well needed good renovations Things were just not giving resorts. It is stayable, we made the most of it and enjoyed ourselves because of who we are. They offered breakfast with only one Jamaican per day. After breakfast there is nothing to do. If you don’t have a car to explore outside you are cooked. The pool don’t even seem inviting as the water is way below the tiled level to hold on to the edge. They have outside seated area but that’s it. U will just be sitting with nothing to do. There isn’t even a bar to get some drinks. There offer dinner which ends by 8 and def that’s it for the rest of the day. It’s in a remote part where there’s much driving it do to get to anything and to make it a little more difficult there was road work going on and made the drive much longer. The staff is great they did what was expected

We checked in at the end of February 2024 and enjoyed our stay here. Terence coordinated a beautiful candlelight dinner by the water (tip: book ahead). There is an extra associated cost but worth it in our minds and was offered to us as an option. Monique (who checked us in) was very attentive/accommodating and when asked about different (more comfortable) balcony chairs, she said she would check and before we knew it, there was someone at our door with the new chairs! The master grand suite provided a beautiful view of the ocean and lulled us to sleep each night. Some of the property is worn down, but to be expected due to repeated contact with salt water. This is normal! If you are comfortable to take a local taxi, do it and take a trip to the Boston Jerk Centre and Boston Beach. Locals tend to dine at the resort restaurant as the food is incredible. Breakfast was included with our stay and we always chose the traditional Jamaican cuisine and it always so well presented and extremely delicious! We would definitely go back and will request the Inn Seclusion or Private Chalet next time! Just based on what we could see from the outside. Enjoy yourself at the Sea Cliff Resort!! We certainly did (celebrating 25 years of marriage here).
