Disappointed in a few areas / renter beware

We frequently rent beach houses in Caplen when we decide to visit Bolivar. We trailer our Polaris Ranger for our beach trips from the house and fish off the shore. This beach house needs some maintenance. We could not use one of the showers because the shower curtain rod immediately fell and we didn’t want to damage the walls or floors. The other bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder and the roll would fall to the ground. My wife cut her hand on a chipped drinking glass. We found long black hair in both tubs. I was unable to wash the ranger because there was no water hose and I had to spend 40 dollars on a small water hose from the Bigstore. What made everything worse was we tried to contact the property manager and to date have yet to receive a call back. This company absolutely sucks and we will be more selective in the future. I would not recommend any houses owned or managed by this lack luster zero effort company.
