WONDERFUL

Perfect home for my daughter and myself. Very nice home for a quick get away. Right across the street from the beach which is not as crowded as Crystal Beach

Beautiful house and location

This house is just like the pictures. The location is new so we didn’t encounter a ton of people. The house comes with a few kitchen necessities like a few pots and pans, 1 small cookie sheet, a small 4 cup coffee maker, blender, bowls, plates, cups and plenty of kitchen utensils. The house does sway quite a bit especially when people walk around. Overall the house is beautiful and we would stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised by how great this home was. We originally thought it was on the ocean side of the highway and were a bit disappointed to find it on the bay side—but that didn’t last long. It’s a short walk to the beach, the neighborhood is new and quiet, and the home is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable.The pool was perfect after beach days, and while it’s a bit farther from town, we didn’t mind. The beach here had more seaweed, so we visited a more maintained area with better beach access and parking.Only real downside: there's a side-by-side for rent, but it can’t be driven outside the neighborhood, which makes it impractical.Overall, a great stay—we’ll be back!

Wonderful Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented last weekend for a romantic trip, my husband and I. We have been coming to visit Bolivar for over 38yrs. We have stayed in many different houses and by far this has been the best! Comfortable, super clean and breezy. Enjoyed the covered deck. We even had a welcome party of a Kill-deer bird couple tending their nest on the driveway. It was fun and interesting how the mom & dad take turns protecting their eggs. I hope they make it! We hope to rent again and bring our grandchildren so they can enjoy the adorable loft inside! Thanks Cobb for another awesome stay!
