「Reserved a two bed room but arrived to a one bed and somehow this wasn't something that could be fixed until the next day. Also annoying that the hot tub was broken, yet there was no sign indicating such so after testing, then having to inquire at reception to be told it's been broken for over a month it feels deceptive, as this is a resort we are choosing to spend our vacation at and if it had been broken a month ago and we could have known about it, we would have actually chosen to book a...

「Extraordinary experience. Magnificently sited with amazing views. Our cottage in the rainforest was super and the reception area, bar & restaurant were closeby and also exceeded expectations.
