“Was told when we arrived there at about 7.15 on Sat. 29 Sept that my Booking was NOT for the 29 and 30 but for 30 and 31. They were totally booked for the 29 and there was nothing that could be done she put me in contact with a motel in Port Douglas at $45 above what the booking . I was told to cancel the booking, and I would get my money back from the agent. I will start by getting in contact with the agent.”

“Awesome location, Free beach chairs and Wifi were very convenient. The only problem is the HOT water in the shower sometimes gets very weak because of other room are using the hot water.”

“We reserved a Spa Suite for $425 USD - upon arrival, the assigned room was tucked in the back corner of the property and was very, very tiny with a large tub on the outside deck - certainly not a room that should be advertised as a "suite". Even worse, the only view from the room/deck was looking at the backside of another building and the air conditioning units for each room. We asked to be moved to another room, but unfortunately, the property was completely booked so they could not move us.……
