Clean and tidy

Room was clean and tidy. Not much space but for a quick business trip was sufficient. Hotel lacking with any services though. Basically just a room to sleep in.

Could be perfect if it wasn’t for the smell

Convenient location, comfortable and good value but there was a smell of mould, probably because the carpet was wet, and smell of cigarette, which made it rather unpleasant. No shampoo or shower gel provided.

Good value in Port Elizabeth

My stay over 4 nights was overall quite satisfactory. The staff were friendly, polite and generally (with just one exception-see below) very efficient. The self serve optional continental breakfast was fine and good value at 50 rand. The room, though not overly spacious was compact, clean and well designed, quite large enough for a single person. The shower and toilet were in separate compartments and both fully functional. My only real gripe was that I had asked on duty night staff member to wake me before 5.00am for a taxi coming to collect me at 5.20am. (I was having trouble charging my smart phone). The staff member did knock on my door, but only when the taxi actually arrived resulting in a late flurry to catch it.

Quarto muito pequeno e mal equipado

O quarto realmente é muito pequeno para três pessoas. O chuveiro fica em um box com porta transparente. Dessa forma, muito desagradável tomar banho com outras pessoas dentro do quarto. Não há privacidade. Além disso, o ralo do chuveiro ficava entupido. O quarto é mal iluminado (tem poucas lâmpadas e são muito fracas). A cama de cima só tinha um lençol. Era preciso escolher entre forrar o colchão ou se cobrir. Apesar de ser eu quarto para três, só havia 2 toalhas de banho. Nenhuma toalha de rosto. Recomendo apenas se for para passar uma noite rápida. COntudo, não achei que compensou o preço da diária.
