We enjoyed having the boat slip right there. The property was clean. Needs some repairs. The tub faucet in both bathrooms didn’t work properly. The shower had no pressure at all. Had to get on my knees in the tub to rinse my hair. Door knobs are loose. The tv was not functional. Only one wash rag available in bathroom. Mattresses in upstairs bedroom was sitting on a metal open frame. We we played on it sunk to the floor

The view is beautiful!! I wasn’t expecting such a great view and your right on top of the lake. It’s private and secluded, I honestly didn’t know what to thinking when going into this rental but i was very pleased, It’s cheap and right next to south padre and port isabel beach.
