「Property was ok overall. The process was nice and easy, the property itself was quiet and clean.」

「Overall was a great success, owner let us have a late checkout and was readily available to communicate!」

「Loved the place. Will definitely be back. Family friendly, great location, all around beautiful and exciting experience.」

「It was our first time staying at Saida Towers and it did not disappoint. We got the bottom floor (parent safety) and it was awesome to step outside and have the pool so close and beach access to. The parking was a little scarce it was 4th of July weekend. Check in was easy, rooms very clean very well maintained. The beach access is amazing, there is 2 great sized pools, not to mentioned its heated water pools. The Beach Waterpark is probably 2 blocks away. Hands down one of the best places ever...

「Great relaxing place by the beach! Definitely going back!」

「Overall this was a good experience. There are some improvements/maintenance issues I recommend that the owners of this property undertake as follows: The blinds on the door to the balcony are so old that they are just falling apart on their own; the baseboards in the bathroom off the living room need repainting and caulking; check the A/C ducts for mold - my wife is very sensitive about that and kept complaining about the smell. Having said that, I liked the property and the view from our...

「Condo was as described and we will be using again in the future!」

「We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had comfortable beds. The building amenities (pool and parking) were great. Easy check-in and fast replies from the owner. Would stay here again」

「The place is in a good location but room didn’t look at all like the photos」

「Everything was great.」

「The condo itself was amazing, beautiful, and clean but the building itself seemed a bit run down. Beach access was easy and there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance.」

「 This was our fifth time visiting SPI and our first time staying at this condo. The was our favorite so far and I am hoping if we come back next year to book this same place. The view was beautiful, I love how it overlooked one of the pools and ocean. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was conveniently located in the complex. The beds were comfortable as was the sectional and I actually slept on it a few of the nights. The kitchen has all the pans, utensils, etc we needed and...

「Great view! Property grounds kept very nice and pool very nice. Access to beach was perfect with little ones. Disappointed with the size of the place was extremely small for 6 people. Pictures made it seem larger. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and little disappointed with the size of the place, it advertised that can fit 6 people but that is a far stretch, I’d say 3/4 max. Bathroom tiny and definitely needs some basic TLC and updates. Couch/sofa bed needs replacing the foam was coming out of the...
