Everything about this condo was exactly what I expected it was quiet and clean. My favorite part of the experience of my family’s six day stay was our oceanfront view from our bouncy. Waking up to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets every morning and evening. The only thing I didn’t like was that our bouncy door was broken but they had a repairman come and fix it, which I will let it slide. Otherwise I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to come enjoy South Padre Island. Seabreeze is definitely a great location.

Room was right above the pool which had people there constantly. It reduced our privacy significantly. We spoke to the office staff, but they tried to down play our concerns. Not a value for the cost!

The location is great, apartment had an amazing beach view. Some items inside need some attention but nothing bad. I understand the sea and its constant salt takes it toll on properties. As does renting out. Our apartment had a box with beach toys which was fun for my nephews from The Netherlands, who were on their first trip to the U.S. steps from beach, didnt use pool. Rules are clearly posted inside. But overal I had this " I paid too much" feeling while staying there. Maybe not a fair statement, somethings simply seemed to need some attention. Due to the size of our group (5, husband couldn't make it last minute) it was less expensive then 3 hotel rooms for 3 nights. A great place for families for sure!

Great property!! Right on the beach. Could use some updating but nice nevertheless. The pool is nice and clean and stayed open till 10 witch was great for a night dip. The ocean was so close that we could see our tent and chairs we setup on the beach from our room patio. The water was warm and clear. The staff was awesome and friendly.

We had bed bugs please be careful and afterwards we went somewhere to eat and just talking with the staff they made a comment that was not a good one about this place so I will not be coming back to this place. I really hope they exterminated all of the condominiums to make sure that problem is fixed.

LOVE SEABREEZE!! Awesome staff very friendly. Easy parking and just a short walk to beach. Great view with morning sunrise. Available beach chair and umbrellas for a local company--very convenient. This is my 6th stay and already planning another one
