Make yourself at home in this spacious oasis! Welcome to The Laguna House!

  • The Laguna House is a well maintained home that is stocked and updated as often as possible to meet the needs of our amazing guests. The beautiful Laguna House is a comfortable 5 bedroom / 3 bath home in the South Port subdivision of Port Mansfield, Texas. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a modern, fully furnished kitchen with a dining table for 8 and a spacious living area with a 75” smart TV. One of the bedrooms in the main house has a queen bed and a XL twin bed. The other bedroom in the main house has a full bed with a brand new mattress as well as an XL twin bed. The Master bedroom has a couch in the sitting area as well as a queen size bed and an XL twin bed, Every bedroom has flat screen TVs with cable channels. The downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms with a full bath, including 1 queen bed, 2 full beds and 2 above bunk twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV.
    Relax on the front porch with bay views or enjoy the outdoor area with a propane cooking grill. There is ample parking for vehicles and boat parking.
    Port Mansfield is well known for the amazing fishing & hunting on the Laguna Madre Bay. There is NEVER a bad day on the water here! Speckled trout and beautiful redfish is what most are hoping to catch while visiting here. We are also known for great duck hunting as well as white tail deer and nilgai. This small town has a secluded atmosphere with good restaurants and marinas.

Fishing Paradise

This property is absolutely perfect for groups coming to fish and have a 5 star stay while doing so. Plenty of room for up to 12 people and lots of room to stretch out.

Guys trip

Great time hanging with old buddies and this space did exactly what we needed. Slept all of us comfortably, AC worked great and plenty of driveway for parking. I would recommend this place to any mid or large sized groups.

This is our 5th year to stay here and it never fails to provide us with wonderful memories. It seems to get better each year. The updates made to the house are wonderful. From sunrise coffee to wind down drinks, the porch is our happy place.

Awesome rental

Beautiful home. Very clean and spacious. Lots of room for everyone and plenty of space to park your vehicles and boat. Even had a separate chest freezer to store your catch. We will definitely be returning!

Very Spacious and well equipped

We chose the property based on past reviews and the fact the four of us would have plenty of room to relax after several days of fishing. We each had plenty of room to relax and store our fishing equipment. The host was very responsive to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. We could have added several more people to our stay and still be very comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

First Class Lodging & Location in Port Mansfield!

I booked this property for my husband and 3 of his fishing buddies for a fishing trip in Port Mansfield! All 4 gentlemen shared nothing but positive comments with me, and said they would definitely choose to stay at the Laguna House again in the future. The host was an absolute joy to work with. In addition to excellent fishing, the wildlife viewing is amazing as well! Next time I’m making the trip with my hubby she I can relax and enjoy the first class accommodations and view while he is fishing!

Perfect House

The house was great. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone to sleep separately, plenty of parking for multiple boats. Water hoses located at multiple locations to wash boats down. The kitchen had everything you could ever need for cooking. The outdoor area was great for cooking and hanging out after a day on the water. Located plenty close to multiple boat ramps. Deer basically eating out of your hand. We will for sure be back.
