"Overall, the hotel was clean. Our tv in our room didn't work. Maintenance came up and tried to fix it which we really appreciated and the man was extremely nice. He could not fix the problem but offered to get us another room. The manager came up and told us there were no rooms the same as what we had available to move to. He offered a smaller room at the other end of the hotel or to stay in our room and apply a discount. My husband and I agreed to stay for a discount. We ended up needing to stay another night and the front desk did accomodate that at the same rate. However, when we checked out, there was no record of a "discounted rate". The manager we talked to was not on duty and the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. She said she would get ahold of him and someone would be in contact. I have yet to here from anyone and they have charged me $100 more for the second night than I even orignially paid for the first night. Just not sure why the communication was not clear."
