「House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs.」

「The place was nice, owner was very good in correspondence and addressing any need. Walkable to a little market, Family Dollar and pizza shop. Close to Crayola Factory (5 to 7 mins), close to downtown Easton and many other little places.」

「The house was very modern and clean. We appreciated the “extras” in the bathrooms and kitchen. The location is urban so guests should expect some street noise. However, the neighborhood felt safe and the home has its own designated parking. The host was also easy to communicate with. Overall, a very pleasant stay. 」

「We stayed here for 16 days in May 2025. We live locally, but we needed a place to stay while contractors repaired flood damage in our home. With everything going on at our own house, our nerves were pretty fried. Given our frazzled state, words fail to describe my gratitude for being able to stay at this home. The house is immaculate and extremely well-maintained. The gardens defy description. There were two acres of fenced-in yard for our dogs. The home and garden have several beautiful places...

「Enjoyed the amenities, we used the peddle boat and row boat and hits some golf balls. Wish we had time for all the other amenities offered. 」

「The property was gorgeous, had plenty of room, and was very cozy. We cooked some great meals using the well equipped barbecue and kitchen, enjoyed the scenery, and made good use of the ping pong table and poker set. The check in and out process was seamless. 10/10」

「The home was lovely. 4 of us stayed, as we were in town for a memorial. After the memorial 10 of us gathered to look at pictures and chat. It was comfortable for a get together. Rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here in the future. Host was helpful and quickly responded to our questions. 」

「Nice view, saw a few foxes, and heard bird songs every morning. Comfortable 4 poster bed, comfortable seating in living room.Nice patio in back. More cabin than cottage with resident spiders and ants. Well water is a treat, but water pressure is poor while pool next door is being filled. Access to Round Valley is not as easy as it looks in the picture. I got lost on the way back, so mark your path. Owner promised to deep clean, so give it a try, but check the oven when you get there. P S....

「Six friends and I rented Joan's lovely pace for a personal reunion, and our 50th high school reunion for a week in June. The VRBO pictures and descriptions did not do the place justice! So many comfy places to gather inside and out, and the added attraction of being right on the Delaware River made our 4-night stay extra special. The house was spotlessly clean; the kitchen well-appointed, and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Joan is the consummate hostess who was available from the moment...
