Quiet, Comfortable & Roomy

We loved our time at this property in Port O’Connor. Great back porch views of the small pond located behind the house are perfect way to end the day. Conveniently located and less than five minutes from the launch, this property also features large driveways which make it easy to get your boat ready for a day on the water.

One of Our Favorite in POC!

This property is perfect for our group when we go down to fish and hunt. Plenty of parking. Main house is well appointed and has a great living/kitchen space and two full baths. The bunkhouse is great for overflow. The pond out back would be fun for kids to explore. Communication with the owner is easy and prompt in case any needs/issues arise. We've stayed here twice and are looking forward to future stays.

Great House / Stay

The house was perfect! It felt like a home, not just a rental. We didn't cook, but the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. Nice back deck with view of the pond was a plus. One of my sons slept in the bunkhouse. The extra space was perfect. Rex is a great host and very responsive. My family would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

I took my family on our first family vacation I booked this house and it did not disappoint. Everything was clean and had lots of room for our whole family even extra beds. Everything was great the hose had great communication I would recommend to anyone and definitely will be coming back it was my favorite house we’ve stayed at before ❤️

MidCoast Smackdown

We attended a fundraising fishing tournament and auction. We found a wonderful boutique Sisters! Ate at 3 excellent restaurants and even though we were in a tornado warning for part of one day, the visit was great!

Wonder Port O’Connor getaway

The house is clean and well appointed. The amenities are excellent - furniture comfortable; the beds the most comfortable I have ever slept in in a VRBO rental; the back porch large and accommodating; the WiFi strong; and DIRECTV rounding out the experience. In short probably one of the nicest VRBO house I’ve stayed in. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay here at the house. We brought our dogs and our toddler and all of them really enjoyed their time. It was spacious and clean, the second story deck was awesome for breezy dinners after spending the day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the neighbors were all quiet, so we all got great nights of sleep. Would definitely recommend!

Family Time

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Everyone had their own space but there were plenty of places to gather. Back deck, was very enjoyable but a ceiling fan and TV would have made it perfect to watch our College football games.. Perfect home for families with children to enjoy the fishing pond in the back. The geese and ducks were very enjoyable to watch.

It’s a Gem!

This house was perfect for us. Kitchen/Family area is perfect. Bedrooms are nice size with comfortable beds. The Bunkhouse is a great room that works perfectly for a family with little ones that need naps or earlier bedtimes. That back deck is shaded in the evening and even with 100 degree heat, had a pleasant breeze. This house really has it all and we hope to rent again!

BBQ PIT very badly need of replacement, Gazebo cabinets very unsanitary. Leak under sink at Gazebo.
