“Beautiful hotel in the heart of Casablanca, the room was simply amazing with all the required amenities and more (the bathroom was the definition of luxury) and the staff extremely professional, helpful and efficient. We had dinner in the French restaurant on the ground floor and it was delicious! ”

“I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. ”

“I paid through Expedia for a room described as grand apartment and the listing showed photos of the room ….when we arrived the room we were given it was from a lower category. I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid. When asked if we were given wrong room they said all rooms were same category and same price so not sure why I paid more for what i received…was a bit disappointed as I……

“Hôtel bien situé, quartier Bourgogne à deux pas de la corniche et de la mosquée Mohammed V. Chambre flambant neuve, très propre et confortable. Nous avions un mini studio spacieux au 9e étage. Nous y sommes allé deux fois, à l'aller et au retour, vraiment top. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais un peu cher (15 €/pers) comparé à ce que vous pouvez trouver à l'extérieur. Nous y retournerons.”
