The place was amazing , very clean and the neighborhood was quiet & nice. The pool and hot tub was also clean n great. There were multiple beaches to choose from, along with restaurants. If I come back I would definitely pick this place again

The house was beautiful and we loved the heated pool. The amenities provided were plentiful and everything was easy to find. The list of restaurants/bars was very helpful too! We had an amazing time!

Perfect for a family

This house had everything we needed. Close to the track and just a few minutes to the beach. If ever back in Daytona, this would be our #1 pick.

Hidden Gem

Close to shopping, beach and awesome restaurants. Very clean and lots of space to spread out for the four of us. Hot tub and pool were nice perks. Definitely will stay here again.

A little room for improvement

Beautiful kitchen nice pool master shower was great. Fire pit was nice. hot tub dated. Overall, very nice place.

Everything was great but check out…

We truly enjoyed this property until checkout day. We accidentally booked through Friday morning instead of Saturday (our fault, and I understand), but the way the booking company handled it is nothing short of wrong. While we were 1.5 hours away at Discovery Cove, the booking agency began urgently calling, saying we had to leave immediately or our belongings would be discarded. By the time I saw the messages, I offered to pay for an extra night or move to another property, but they refused due to a strict “three-night minimum,” despite my recent five-night payment, and another family coming in.This forced my wife to leave our 2,000 family vacation finale day early to pack. The cleaning crew threw away all of our groceries, alcohol, and other perishables, crammed our belongings into suitcases—damaging items and souvenirs—and would not allow my wife to check the home for missing items. We left with several valuables unaccounted for.The home itself is beautiful and the location is great, but the booking agency’s lack of flexibility, poor communication, and disregard for our personal property left us with a disappointing and stressful end to what had been a wonderful trip. If I was the homeowner the booking company would be fired for this reason.

The property was very well maintained and was close to everything!! Stores, Restaurants, Beaches!! My family enjoyed the swimming pool and Hot Tub and loved sitting by the fire cooking smores!! We can’t wait until next summer we will definitely being booking again if available

Great pool, very clean!

The property is exactly as advertised and was the cleanest vacation rental we have ever had. Our family really enjoyed the pool area outside and we plan on renting again next time we visit our family in the Daytona area.

Like a lot couple things though dishwasher didn’t work Outside grill has not been checked or cleaned so we had a significant fire they we were able to put out and clean it and after that event the steaks tasted good Butch

Great house and location

when we arrived the front living room TV was broken - property manager apologized and owner immediately replaced as soon as we let them know. The only thing we wish we knew was the property was described as being a heated pool- didn’t find out until arrival heating the pool was extra - Make sure to read the actual descriptions when renting a property not just assume. House was overly clean which is amazing - we have stayed other places that weren’t. The pool area is spacious and the open concept of the house was great. An amazing property and will definitely stay again when visiting this area. Convenient to everything which is great!
