Fantastic stay!

The house itself was great! Well kept and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub. Location was so convenient as it was close to the ferry, Main Street, which has a nice little store with a coffee shop; a pier and a tiny stretch of beach you can walk along; and Manchester State Park. The host was responsive and when we did have an issue, someone came to resolve it. We would definitely come again!

Manchester Surprise

House was clean and well appointed, even had a few surprises. Worked well for a bunch of golfing buddies enjoying the excellent golf in the Port Orchard area. Great views of Puget Sound and Seattle. Found some great drinking and dining establishments nearby. Highly recommended.

Modern Tradition home in Upscale Neighborhood

The property was in an incredible neighborhood. The house was well maintained and with all of the amenities needed for my family. The bonus was truly the upper balconies. Having an attached garage was great for peace of mind. Any questions or concerns I had were taken care of straightaway by the property manager. *This is not a property for elderly because of all of the stairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again!

Beautiful setting an area.

Amazing property. Would stay again. Very clean and organized. The kids loved the Hot TubPlenty of room for our family of 10. Could see the Seattle sky line from across the Sound.

First time VRBO user. I hope all future visits are this perfect. Beautiful house both exterior and interior with lovely views of the Sound and across to the Seattle skyline. The furniture and accessories were very nice and nicely arranged providing an understated and airy ambiance. Way better than our original expectations!

Total Satisfaction

We spent a wonderful time at this property. From beginning to end our host Melissa was highly responsive and the property was everything we had hoped for. The home was laid out well to give everyone space and there are great views and plenty to do, including spa and bocce. If you have kids there is a game room in basement which is very nice. More importantly, the beds were very comfortable which was a big plus. There is easy access nearby to the Kisap Fast Ferry out of Southworth to Seattle and plenty of parks for walking and hiking in the area. Supermarket shopping was an easy 10 minutes away which was very convenient. We would come back to this property again in a heartbeat.

This house was very clean and comfortable for the 10 of us. Wonderful play areas for the kids and a wonderful view. We would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable beds and an exceptionally quiet neighborhood.

Golf trip lodging

Home is a short drive to many great golf courses. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house nor use many of the amenities. But it was very comfortable and included a well supplied kitchen. No hesitation coming back.

Prefect retreat!

Melissa is wonderful! Booked this beautiful home for a peaceful and relaxing birthday weekend. Hot tub is great, kitchen is fully stocked(minus a cooling rack!), multiple family rooms made it easy for everyone to do something different. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Washington Stay

This house was perfect for our family of couples and individuals. Bedrooms and bathrooms for all and two family rooms where everyone could relax. The views from the deck were spectacular. We had enough room at the table for 10 people. The kitchen was well stocked with a great selection of pots and pans and spices. Everything about check in and check out was smooth and easy. The location was quiet and peaceful. We loved our time in this home. I will stay here the next time I'm in Washington.

Relaxing getaway

Overall, this home is well appointed, laid out well and has plenty of space for a family or group of friends to hang out. Amenities: The kitchen had plenty of everything needed to prepare/cook meals. The grill outside was nice and worked great. While the host, Melissa, communicated with us and apologized, we did have challenges with the water. The hot tub never really got hot and the kitchen sink and bathroom water was very hot (too hot to shower) and we could not get the right balance of temperature. Cold water would occasionally come on but not enough. We sent Melissa a message who responded quickly and was going to look into it. We decided to wait until we departed so didn't ask for a fix before we left. Other than the water challenge, the home was peaceful, plenty of space, and a great place for a getaway.

Quiet Family Getaway

We visited this property with friends of ours and had kids ranging in age from 1 up to 15. There was plenty to keep all ages entertained. We especially enjoyed the swing set, chalk, and playdoh provided for the smaller kids and the gaming system for the bigger ones. Relaxing in the hot tub and out on the porch in the evenings looking out over the bay was just the ticket for the adults needing to recharge. Would definitely stay again. Appreciated the multiple family rooms so we could all spread out when wanting some quiet time, but there was plenty of space for us to all be together as well.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was nice. It was hot and there's no air conditioning other than a portable unit in the living area. The upstairs bedrooms got over 90 degrees until later at night. Unusually hot weather for Seattle we were told. The firepit on the deck didn't work but not a big deal since they left wood for the lawn fire pit so the kids could roast marshmallows. Overall though we enjoyed the swing set and the lovely bedding.
