“Perfect accommodation for our purposes. Well equipped apartment, good linen, two bathrooms, quiet, secure. Communication through the Stayz app did my head in but Michelle was brilliant and sorted it out. It'd be good to know the exact tram stop outside and the address is a bit ambiguous. I took the tram and got off at 56 Chapel St but it was in Windsor, not St Kilda so I got off in the wrong suburb! Which suburb one is in is only obvious to a local. “Great location with amazing views. Unfortunately we experienced a number of issues with this stay. 1. Despite communication 2 days and 30 minutes before arrival via the contact details provided, we had to wait 40 minutes to get keys to check in. A 25 voucher was promised as compensation for 5 people, but not received. 2. You cannot access the pool until a face to face induction is done.
